Our Products & Services
Our licensed therapists offer a wide variety of services to fit any budget. From face-to-face sessions to on-demand video courses, we have you covered!
Customized Couples Therapy &
Individual Therapy
(50-60 minutes)
$200 per session
This is our most highly customized service. We gather a thorough assessment of the couple’s strengths and growth opportunities through a 3-session assessment phase. This includes the couple meeting together the first time, then having an individual session with each partner.
We provide feedback and formulate clear goals that are aligned with the couple’s needs. Each subsequent session is designed to expand on the couple’s current capabilities by adding tools and techniques that can be practiced and mastered outside of therapy, thereby guiding couples to reach their desired goals for their relationship.

Customized Individual Therapy

$200 per session
This is for individuals who want to work on themselves to improve their relationship. We customize our approach to meet their individual goals and work to give them quick wins so they can begin to see improvement. We help them learn to observe and remove any barriers that may prevent them from having the relationship they desire.

Couples Group Therapy
(90 minutes)
$100 per couple per week
This is for couples who want to learn from others in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. We take a limited number of couples and meet with this group for a period of 6-8 weeks. This is a great way for couples to share their challenges and successes with others who are going through similar experiences. The group is lead by a couple therapy expert who helps guide each session to its maximum benefit.

Couples Teletherapy

This is consistent with our in-person therapy and follows the same process and customization of services. It also allows couples the flexibility to either enter therapy without having to leave their home, or to combine in-person therapy with teletherapy to achieve optimal benefits.

Relationship Coaching
(60 minutes)
$200 per session
Relationship coaching is different than therapy and is geared towards those couples who benefit from teaching, education, and guidance. This is especially designed for those couples living outside the State of Oklahoma who want to work with experts in the field. Sessions may occur less frequently than couple therapy, giving the couple a chance to practice and work on the desired skill set between sessions to improve their relationship.

$167
We cover the content from the first 3-4 therapy sessions at a fraction of the cost! Get this 5-video course (complete with a 33-page workbook) for only $167 (savings of over $700).

We Have Specific Solutions To Help

We understand how you feel.
Over the last 10 years, we have built the specific solutions that have helped thousands of couples regain the trust and intimacy they long for in their relationship.

Our process consists of supporting couples in and outside of therapy. We know couples need some quick wins to sustain their motivation for change.
Our process is designed to provide couples with immediate actions that can help relieve the hurt and pain they are experiencing and set them on a path towards healing and connection.
What Are the Results and Benefits?

Couples reach their maximum relational health by learning how to:
-De-escalate conflict

-Communicate for understanding

-Protect each other’s vulnerabilities

-Create a secure connection.
What Is Our Process?

We see our couples together the first time we meet with them. Upon arrival they receive a welcome packet that includes an assessment for each partner. This quickly helps them gain valuable insight into what is causing a breakdown in communication and connection.

Next, we have an individual session with each partner. This provides the ability to understand their relational history as well as each person’s expectations for the relationship and goals for therapy.
After the first session couples will receive a video that reinforces the concepts they are learning in therapy. Couple will get a new video after every session for the first 5 sessions.
What Makes Our Therapy Practice Different?

Many therapists say they work with couples, but the truth is that so many of them have no expertise in this area. They offer skills-based training, or communication exercises, that leave couples only feeling frustrated because no progress is being made. Often after therapy, they go right back to the way they were.
But we know how to get to the root of the problem.

All of our therapists are specially trained in working with couples. And we train over 100 hours a year to maintain our expertise in this area.

Our driving passion is to help couples create a secure connection, and we are uniquely positioned to help.

We are skilled in many forms of treatment including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

In addition, we also have specialized training in trauma treatment, grief, depression, anxiety and others mental health issues that so often block the ability for couples to work through their problems.
